In this questionnaire regarding junior high night school, we would like to hear the opinions of Sagamihara city residents.
Please answer the questions at the back of this paper after reading the information below.
Junior high night school refers to night classes conducted at municipal junior high schools. People who attend junior high night school tend to be people who for various reasons could not graduate, foreign nationals who could not complete their compulsory education in their home country, or people who were refused entry to school at the time.

- People who could not graduate from elementary / junior high school.
- People who for various reasons could not complete their compulsory education.
3 Questionnaire submission period:
January 7th 2019 （Monday）～January 31st 2019 （Thursday）
